Wendy’s background

Wendy has over 25 years experience in Human Resources and HR development, including several years as Head of Human Resources of an organisation employing over 6,000 staff. She has worked as a consultant since 2000.

Wendy is an NCVO approved consultant, which means she has to meet five quality standards set by NCVO each year. She is an Employment Tribunals panel member.

Much of her consultancy and interim work comes from personal recommendation and repeat business.

In working with organisations, she aims to find workable, cost-effective solutions and to transfer knowledge and skills to the organisation.

Qualifications

Wendy has a first class degree in Mandarin Chinese and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
